The Story
We were fortunate to acquire a new plot to vinify on a beautiful granitic terroir in Cornas. The vines are 15 years old. We chose to use a higher proportion of whole clusters, resulting in a wine with a nose full of black fruits and spices, velvety tannins, and great length.
