It is in our garage of 16m2 that Domaine Bott sees the day… After having insulated and air-conditioned, we produced our first vintages 2016 and 2017 in the AOP’s of CONDRIEU, CÔTE-RÔTIE, SAINT-JOSEPH blanc & rouge and CROZES HERMITAGE rouge. In 2018 to cope with the volumes in production, we were fortunate that a friend lent us a second garage in Ampuis of 60m2, so we vinified between two cellars…
We can say that we have produced real garage wine! What a hassle, what an adventure, what a crazy story! Memories that will remain engraved…
